Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Azoid subscriptions, exclusive meetups, and other paid services. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1) Subscriptions
- Azoid offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel anytime via the app. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided.
2) Exclusive Meetup Fees
- Entry fees for exclusive or ticketed meetups are non-refundable once booked.
- If an event is cancelled by the host or by Azoid, attendees will receive a full refund.
- If you cannot attend an event after booking, no refund will be issued unless otherwise stated in the event details.
3) Payment Errors & Technical Issues
- If a payment fails but you are charged, please contact us with transaction details.
- Once verified, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4) Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, card issuer).
5) No Chargebacks
By using Azoid, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid transactions. If you have an issue, please contact us first and we will assist in resolving it.
