Terms of Use

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.
• We may require identity or phone verification for safety/anti-abuse.

2) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information. Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risks to users.

3) Acceptable use & conduct

• No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
• No scams, spams, multi-account abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No posting others’ personal data without consent.
• Respect venues, staff, and other attendees.

4) Meetups, places & safety

• Hosts should set clear details (time, capacity, place). Attendees should verify logistics (e.g., open hours) before traveling.
• Azoid does not run background checks and is not a party to attendee interactions or venue operations.
• You understand in-person meetings carry risks. Exercise common sense; meet in public places; arrange your own transportation.
• Azoid may show place information (photos, menus, links). We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.

5) Your content & licenses

• You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Azoid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for operating the service.
• You represent you have the rights to the content and it does not infringe others’ rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

6) Payments, subscriptions & refunds (future)

• We may offer paid features or subscriptions later. Prices, billing periods, and benefits will be shown in-app/website at checkout.
• Payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., card processors, UPI partners). Their terms apply in addition to ours.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may consider goodwill refunds case-by-case subject to platform policies.
• Taxes may apply and will be displayed where required.

7) Advertising & promotions (future)

• We may label sponsored listings or promotions. Advertiser content is their responsibility.
• Where required, ad targeting will follow consent/opt-out rules.

8) Emails & SMS

• We may send service emails (e.g., changes to meetups, policy updates).
• Marketing emails/SMS are optional and require consent; you can unsubscribe at any time. Message/data rates may apply for SMS.

9) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

10) Azoid’s IP

The Azoid name, logos, and software are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our assets without permission.

11) Changes to the service & Terms

We may update features or these Terms. For material changes, we’ll provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Disclaimers

Azoid is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee meetup attendance, venue availability, or uninterrupted service.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azoid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the service or interactions with others.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Azoid harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. We may offer in-app dispute reporting and moderation.

16) Termination

You may stop using Azoid anytime and request account deletion where available. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risks, or inactivity.
