0) Nature of Business

Azoid is not a social networking, dating, or messaging platform. It is an event discovery, booking, and ticketing platform that helps users find and join verified local experiences such as food crawls, coworking sessions, or group activities hosted at partner venues.

All payments made through Azoid are strictly for event participation or service fees associated with venue bookings. Azoid does not allow user-to-user payments, social networking, or virtual friend-finder activities.

Any chat or messaging functionality, if available, is limited exclusively to coordination regarding confirmed events or meetups and cannot be used for general conversation, social networking, or solicitation.

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.
• We may require identity or phone verification for safety/anti-abuse.

2) Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information. Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risks to users.

3) Acceptable Use & Conduct

• No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
• No scams, spam, multi-account abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No posting others’ personal data without consent.
• Respect venues, staff, and other attendees.
• Do not use Azoid to promote or solicit dating, adult content, or unrelated business activities.

4) Meetups, Places & Safety

• Hosts should set clear details (time, capacity, place). Attendees should verify logistics before traveling.
• Azoid is not a party to any user-to-user interactions or venue operations. Our role is limited to facilitating discovery and ticketing.
• You understand in-person meetings carry risks. Exercise common sense; meet in public places; arrange your own transportation.
• Place data (photos, menus, etc.) are provided by third parties. Azoid does not guarantee accuracy or availability.

5) Your Content & Licenses

• You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Azoid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it for operating the service.
• You represent you have the rights to the content and it does not infringe others’ rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

6) Payments, Subscriptions & Fees

• Paid features, subscriptions, or entry fees for exclusive meetups will be shown in-app/website at checkout.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways (UPI, cards, wallets). Their respective terms apply in addition to ours.
• By completing a payment, you authorize Azoid and its payment partners to process transactions on your behalf.
• Taxes and applicable government charges (e.g., GST) may apply and will be displayed where required.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions: Monthly/annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel anytime in-app. Partial refunds are not provided.
• Event Fees: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, if an event is cancelled by the host or Azoid, attendees will receive a full refund.
• Technical Errors: If wrongly charged due to transaction failure, a refund will be issued after verification.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, as per Razorpay’s policies.

8) Compliance & Restrictions

Azoid operates in full compliance with Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and Reserve Bank of India payment regulations.

• Azoid does not host, promote, or facilitate gambling, adult content, escort services, cryptocurrencies, virtual currency trades, or any restricted financial products.
• All transactions occur only for legitimate event booking and service purposes.
• Razorpay or other payment partners may independently review transactions for compliance; users must cooperate in such reviews.

9) Advertising & Promotions

• Sponsored listings or promotions will be labeled clearly. Advertiser content is their responsibility.
• Where required, ad targeting will follow consent/opt-out rules.

10) Emails & SMS

• We may send service emails (e.g., meetup updates, payment confirmations).
• Marketing messages are optional and require consent; you can unsubscribe anytime. Standard SMS/data charges may apply.

11) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

12) Azoid’s IP

The Azoid name, logos, and software are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our assets without permission.

13) Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update features or these Terms. For material changes, we’ll provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Disclaimers

Azoid is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee meetup attendance, venue availability, or uninterrupted service.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azoid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the service or interactions with others.

16) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Azoid harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. We may offer in-app dispute reporting and moderation.

18) Termination

You may stop using Azoid anytime and request account deletion where available. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risks, or inactivity.
