“Azoid”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Azoid service and website at azoid.co
. We help people discover and create meetups at real places in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram) and beyond.
2) Scope
This policy covers our website, upcoming mobile apps, APIs, waitlist forms, and communications. It applies to visitors, waitlist subscribers, and users (“you”).
We aim to comply with applicable laws including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the EU/EEA GDPR, and California’s CPRA where relevant.

- Account & contact data: name, username, email, password (hashed), optional phone number.
- Location data: approximate (IP/region) and, if you grant permission, precise device location for maps and “near you”.
- Meetup data: events you create/join, capacity, topics, attendance count, time, and place metadata.
- Device & usage: pages viewed, app actions, crash logs, performance and diagnostics; cookie/SDK identifiers.
- Communications: emails/SMS you send us or opt in to receive (e.g., launch updates).
- Third-party data: map tiles, geocoding, analytics, and payment processors may process associated data under their own policies.
4) How we use data
- Provide and improve Azoid (e.g., show meetups, search places, detect open hours).
